Full Capacity Living…

You’ll also find a lovely holiday recipe waiting for you at the end of this note…
As we move deeper into winter, I’ve been reflecting on how many women I work with are carrying far more than they realize.
Not always in obvious ways.
Not always with the word stress attached.
It shows up instead as feeling tired but wired.
Disconnected from the body.
Holding everything together, yet quietly depleted.
Doing all the “right” things, but still sensing something is missing.
What so many women are actually craving isn’t another solution —
it’s a place to pause.
A place to land.
Because of this, I’m opening a new 6-week online women’s circle beginning at the end of January, created especially for women in midlife who are ready for a quieter, more embodied kind of support.
This is not a program about fixing or pushing.
It’s a weekly space to soften, restore, and reconnect — without pressure, performance, or overwhelm.
You might wonder how meaningful connection and regulation can happen in an online space.
Research from HeartMath Institute has shown that the heart generates a measurable electromagnetic field that can influence and synchronize with others — even at a distance. Studies on heart coherence demonstrate that when individuals enter a regulated, coherent state through breath, focus, and positive emotion, this state can be sensed and shared beyond physical proximity.
What this circle offers
Each week, we’ll gather live online in a small, supportive group and move gently through practices designed to calm the body, settle the nervous system, and support deeper self-connection.
Our time together will include a thoughtful blend of:
• Breathwork to help release held tension and invite ease
• Mindfulness practices to gently return to the present moment
• Meditation for inner quiet, clarity, and emotional steadiness
• Journaling practices to support reflection, insight, and self-trust
• Somatic visualizations to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom
• Gentle yoga and restorative movement to support grounding and circulation
• Herbal education focused on herbs traditionally used to calm and nourish the body
All practices are offered as invitations — not requirements.
You don’t need experience with yoga, meditation, or journaling.
Simply showing up is enough.
Who this is for
This circle may be especially supportive if you:
• Feel like you’re always responding, rarely restoring
• Have been “powering through” for a long time
• Are navigating physical or emotional shifts in midlife
• Want consistent self-care that actually fits your life
• Long for meaningful connection in a small group of women
Many women notice subtle but meaningful shifts over time — more steadiness, better sleep, clearer energy, a deeper sense of being at home in themselves. Not because they tried harder, but because they finally allowed themselves to slow down.
A different kind of support
This is a quiet, embodied, and deeply respectful space.
There is no fixing.
No expectation to share more than you want.
No pressure to be anywhere other than where you are.
Just gentle structure, consistent support, and space to breathe.
If you’ve been craving a weekly place to land —
this may be exactly what you need.
More details, including cost and registration, will be shared soon. If you already feel a soft yes, trust that.
Please reach out with any questions or to reserve your space. The offering will be a small group to maintain the soft feel.
And…as promised here is a lovely holiday recipe that was a huge hit at my family gathering a few years ago. Enjoy!
Dates with Goat Cheese and Honey

Dates with Goat Cheese and Honey is a simple yet elegant snack that perfectly balances sweet, creamy, and savory flavors. This recipe features soft, chewy dates stuffed with tangy goat cheese, topped with pomegranate seeds, crunch pistachios then drizzled with rich, golden honey for a touch of natural sweetness.
Ingredients
- 16-18 Medjool dates
- 4 ounces of goat cheese
- Seeds of ½ of pomegranate
- 2-4 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 2-4 tablespoons of honey to drizzle
Instructions
- Remove the pits from each date and gently create space for stuffing.
- Line all the pitted dates on a tray or a large flat plate.
- Cut the goat cheese into small pieces, just enough to fit inside each date.
- Gently stuff each date with a piece of goat cheese, pressing it in slightly.
- Top each stuffed date with a few pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Drizzle with some honey and enjoy this delicious and wholesome snack any time of the day!
Together we can make the world a happier, healthier place.
Warm wishes this holiday season…
