Welcome to the 12th episode of the Full Capacity Living Podcast. This podcast is a slight departure from our usual format of guest conversations. I decided to take the time to share my journey into health coaching and just a bit about my background. I also talk a bit about Functional Medicine itself and what it is and isn’t. Then we dive into looking at stress from a deeper level.
There are many ways to deal with shifting your response to stress but the underlying relationship with stress is really a key factor to uncover well before diving into any practices. Once you can uncover what relationship you have had with stress in the past and how it may have benefited you then it becomes a bit more clear as to the path you need to navigate to change that response.
So get ready for a solo conversation that hopefully provides you with some tools to uncover your relationship with stress over your lifetime and how to start shifting that response to achieve the optimal health and wellbeing you are seeking.
